Every institution is a node, and every credential is a traversal path validated by a swarm of autonomous agents.

## 3. The 102K Node Topology
Our protocol integrates the **Research Organization Registry (ROR)** and **OpenAlex** datasets to form the **Sovereign Academic Graph (SAG)**.
