- `s1_ft_v2/best_backbone.pt`: fine-tuned PTv3 point encoder used by the deployed point branch.

- `s1_ft_v2/best_pointsem.pt`: point head trained with that encoder.

`SHA256SUMS.txt` lists the expected checksums. The reconstruction weights are `nav3r/model_mvsplat_prior_zplusm.safetensors` in this repository.
