By contributing to this repository, you agree to license your code under the Apache License 2.0.

For corpora, annotations, or visual assets, please follow the CC BY 4.0 terms and include proper attribution.

All contributions must include:
- SPDX headers in source files
- Changelog entries for traceability
- Clear documentation of quantum modules or corpora
