+# ANet Research Privacy Policy for model access requests
+
+Effective 21 October 2026. Contact: [hi@anet0.com](mailto:hi@anet0.com).

+This policy covers the information you give when you request access to a model published
+by ANet Research on Hugging Face (the repositories of
+[ANetResearch](https://huggingface.co/ANetResearch)). It does not cover Hugging Face itself,
+which has [its own privacy policy](https://huggingface.co/privacy).
+
+## What we collect
+
+When you submit the access form of one of our repositories, Hugging Face shares with us:
+
+- your Hugging Face username and the email address of your account;
+- what you enter in the form: first and last name, country, affiliation and intended use;
+- the country of your IP address at the time of the request, as determined by Hugging Face;
+- the time of the request and the model it is for.
+
+We do not receive your password, your payment details or your use of the model: the model
+runs on your own machines, and we are not told what you run it on or with.
+
+## What we use it for
+
+- To give you access to the repository and its model key, and to keep a record of who
+  has received which key.
+- To contact you about the model: security notices, a rotation of its key, or a change of
+  its license or terms.
+- To understand who uses our models, in aggregate (for example, by country or by intended
+  use).
+
+We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not send
+you newsletters or marketing email unless you ask for them.
+
+## Who sees it
+
+ANet Research staff who manage the repositories, and Hugging Face, which collects and
+stores the form on our behalf and under its own policy. We do not share it with anyone
+else, except when the law requires it.
+
+## How long we keep it
+
+As long as the repository is published, or until you ask us to delete it.
+
+## Your choices
+
+Write to [hi@anet0.com](mailto:hi@anet0.com) from the email address of your Hugging Face
+account to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. We
+reply within 30 days. Deleting your information also ends your access to our gated
+repositories; it cannot take back a key you have already downloaded, so a model key is
+rotated, not revoked, when that matters.
+
+By submitting the access form you consent to this use of your information. Where the law
+of your country gives you further rights, such as the GDPR in the European Union and the
+United Kingdom or the Personal Information Protection Law in China, you can exercise them
+through the same address.
+
+## Changes
+
+We will post changes here, with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use the
+information you gave, we will tell you by email before it applies.
