## `dependabot-git_submodules`

Git Submodules support for [`dependabot-core`][core-repo].

### Running locally

1. Start a development shell

  ```
  $ bin/docker-dev-shell git_submodules
  ```

2. Run tests
   ```
   [dependabot-core-dev] ~ $ cd git_submodules && rspec
   ```
