This PR enhances the model card for Bochkov/best_bvv_moe by adding:

• pipeline_tag: text-generation to improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub (e.g., via https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-generation). The model is a causal language model designed for text generation.
• library_name: transformers to indicate compatibility with the Hugging Face Transformers library, as demonstrated by the transformers imports in the example usage snippet. This enables the "Use in Transformers" widget and improves user experience.
