Mirrors the CupOFMoCA-PDC layout: checkpoints/, configs/paper.json with the
reported sampling settings, docs/artifacts.json verified by
scripts/verify_release.py, and the generation outputs behind the reported
tables under results/.

DegradeMaster and EGFR-PROPK are published upstream without a license and are
not redistributed; scripts/fetch_third_party.py retrieves them at the pinned
commits. The unlicensed, unused ORCA C++ sources bundled with DeFoG are
excluded. DeFoG itself is MIT, with its license at src/defog/LICENSE.
