third_party/SMILESToPeptide contains the exact peptide-to-SMILES conversion
helpers used in the submitted PDC experiments. The implementation is adapted
from p2smi by Aaron Feller, distributed under the MIT License. Its license is
included at third_party/SMILESToPeptide/LICENSE-p2smi.
