# Measured-data fixtures

The included H5AD files contain subsets of released measured RNA counts.

`examples/tahoe/tahoe.h5ad` was prepared from the Tahoe-100M expression shards 600, 601, and 2600, with the official sample and gene metadata. The subset contains A549 cells (CVCL_0023) from plates 6 and 14. Source records are retained in the observation fields.

`examples/sciplex/sciplex_prototype.h5ad` contains 120 A549 cells from the corrected sci-Plex3 object in scPerturb v1.4, with 24-hour exposures at 0.1 and 1 µM and matched controls. `source_row` identifies the original row. The subset includes nine compound names with exact matches to Tahoe structure metadata.
