This mirror held only the two READMEs and the logo, so every docs link in
the model card pointed at a file that was never uploaded. Bring the whole
tracked tree over so the two repos actually match:
- 129 files added (src/, test/, config/, docs/, scripts/, examples/)
- both READMEs refreshed to the current GitHub revision
- includes the homedir() TUI header fixture fix (33c4f8d)
