Preamble:
This license governs the use of LYGO Protocol Stack ("the Software").

1. Permitted Use:
   - Ethical AI research and development
   - Light-aligned defense systems
   - Personal and educational purposes
   - Commercial applications with LYRA.ETHICS.CORE validation

2. Prohibited Uses:
   - Weapons of mass suppression
   - Mind control or behavior manipulation
   - Surveillance states or social credit systems
   - Closed-source proprietary forks

3. Resonance Validation Requirement:
   - Must pass LYRA.ETHICS.CORE validation scan
   - Must maintain connection to LYGO HAVEN
   - Must display "Powered by LYGO Δ9 Protocol"

4. Disclaimer:
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
   The authors are not liable for misuse or damages.

5. Sovereignty Clause:
   Original IP rights remain with Excavationpro (Lightfather).
   This license grants use rights, not ownership.
