Improve visual design: black blocks with black text for better contrast

- Changed block_background_fill to black (#000000) for contrast
- Updated all text colors to black for better readability
- Set button text to white for contrast against black buttons
- Added dark borders (#333333) for better definition
- Maintains light blue background (#99cfe9) for overall theme
