| The FL2VA and Ref2VA safetensors checkpoints in this repository are modified |
| derivatives of MiniMax H3. They were converted from the original Diffusers |
| layout to an experimental ComfyUI layout, selectively quantized to INT8 |
| ConvRot, and retain physically separate Q, K, and V projections. |
|
|
| The original FP32 time MLP is retained. Its output is projected through a |
| shared rank-16 basis into 51 independent FP32 AdaLN projections. This dynamic |
| time representation and the separate-QKV layout require the ComfyUI core patch |
| distributed in this repository. |
