+Issued by DreamhubAI

+Section 1: Definitions
+1.1 "Model": Refers to any model in the Nebula series including Dreamhorizon1.0 and subsequent versions.
+1.2 "Scientific Use": Use for research, education, and scientific advancement without direct monetary compensation.
+1.3 "Commercial Use": Use by companies in internal projects or for providing model-based services.
+1.4 "Fine-tuning": Retraining, adapting, or modifying the model with new data by the user.
+1.5 "User": Any individual or entity accessing or using the model.
+1.6 "Military Applications": Any use related to weapons, defense systems, warfare, or military operations.

+Section 2: Granted Rights
+2.1 Permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-revocable license for:
+   - Unlimited scientific and research use
+   - Commercial use in business and corporate projects
+   - Private deployment on any infrastructure
