Add model card

This PR adds a model card which links the model to the paper [Go-with-the-Flow: Motion-Controllable Video Diffusion Models Using Real-Time Warped Noise](https://huggingface.co/papers/2501.08331).

It also adds a link to the Github repository and the project page, as well as the relevant pipeline tag.
