Full UI rework of TinyCommato

We completely reworked the whole UI of TinyCommato making it more modern and accessible!
We added file support so you can upload the following files:
.txt, .py, .c, .cpp, .h, .js, .ts, .html, .css, .json, .xml, .yaml, .yml, .md, .csv, .log, .sh, .bat, .java, .rs, .go, .rb, .php, .sql, .toml, .ini, .cfg, .env


Next update we will do more fine tunning and bit more UI polishing.
