# Repository Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Flippd handles information connected with gated access to the Flippd Pinball Vision repository on Hugging Face. For Flippd’s general privacy practices, see https://flippd.gg/privacy-policy.

## Local model inputs

Using downloaded model weights locally does not, by itself, send your images, predictions, or other model inputs to Flippd. Review any code, libraries, or services you choose to use with the model, as they may have their own privacy practices.

## Information received through gated access

When you request access through Hugging Face, Hugging Face provides Flippd with your Hugging Face username, email address, and the answers you submit in the repository’s access form. We may also receive related access-request status and correspondence you send us.

## How we use it

We use this information to:

- review and administer access requests;
- understand the intended use of the model;
- keep records of access and acceptance of the repository terms;
- respond to support, privacy, and licensing requests; and
- protect the repository and address security, misuse, or legal obligations.

We do not use gate-request information for unrelated marketing.

## Disclosure and retention

Flippd may share access information with people and service providers who help administer the repository or provide legal, security, or support services, and when required or reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell gate-request information.

We keep access information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including maintaining access and acceptance records, resolving requests or issues, and meeting legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.

## Your privacy requests

To ask about, access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to exercise another applicable privacy right, contact admin@flippd.gg. Please include your Hugging Face username and the repository name so we can locate your request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
