BENCHMARKS.md now carries only numbers re-run on the released checkpoint: all seven presets on AMI MHM, 16 meetings, forced-alignment references, collar 0, plus per-meeting detail. The AliMeeting / NOTSOFAR1 / VoxConverse / DIHARD tables and the per-call latency matrix were measured on the superseded preview checkpoint and are withdrawn rather than carried forward.
CONVERSION_NOTES.md drops the evaluation-licence redistribution block for OpenMDW 1.1.
Rebuild from the general-access checkpoint (OpenMDW 1.1)
NVIDIA published nvidia/Nemotron-3-Diarization on 2026-09-23. The released checkpoint is a retrained model, not the preview we shipped against: 0 of 359 shared tensors are bit-identical, the Sortformer head is effectively re-initialised, and it adds an auxiliary activity head.
All seven presets and both host assets are regenerated from it, parity-checked against the NeMo reference, and re-benchmarked on AMI MHM with forced-alignment references at collar 0. Licence moves to OpenMDW 1.1.
