Improve model card: Add pipeline tag, library name, and link to paper

- Adding `pipeline_tag: text-to-3d` to improve model discoverability under the relevant task.
- Adding `library_name: transformers` as the model is compatible with the 🤗 Transformers library, which enables an automated inference snippet.
- Updating the paper link to the official Hugging Face paper page: [Are We Ready for RL in Text-to-3D Generation? A Progressive Investigation](https://huggingface.co/papers/2512.10949).
