+1. GRANT OF LICENSE (Permitted Uses)

+The Licensor grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use The Asset strictly for the following "Non-Commercial" purposes:
+
+  a) Personal Use: Creating images or videos for your own personal projects, social media posts (with attribution), and other non-profit activities.
+
+  b) Artistic & Educational Use: Using The Asset for creating original artwork, for academic research, and for educational purposes to learn about AI model training and inference.
+
+  c) Attribution: When sharing any creations publicly online that use The Asset, you are REQUIRED to provide clear and visible attribution to "Instara - instara.io". A link back to the original model page is highly encouraged.
+

+2. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED USES

+
+The license granted in Section 1 is expressly conditioned on your adherence to the following restrictions. Any use outside of these terms is a violation of this agreement.
+
+  a) COMMERCIAL USE PROHIBITED: Any use of The Asset for direct or indirect commercial gain is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without a separate, written Commercial License from Instara. This includes, but is not limited to, use in corporate marketing, advertising, or on monetized platforms.
+
+  b) PROHIBITION ON RESALE: You may NOT sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to The Asset or its derivatives (including model merges).
+
+  c) PROHIBITION ON USE IN GENERATION SERVICES: You are STRICTLY AND EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED from using, hosting, or making The Asset available on any commercial, subscription-based, pay-per-use, or credit-based image or video generation service, platform, application, or API. This is a material term of this license.
+
+  d) ETHICAL USE POLICY: You may not use The Asset to create, promote, or disseminate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, intended to impersonate real individuals, or to create deceptive "deepfakes" without permission"

+3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

+
+All right, title, and interest in and to The Asset, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Instara. This EULA grants you a limited license for use, not a transfer of ownership.

+4. TERMINATION
+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+
+This License will terminate automatically and without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of The Asset and destroy all copies in your possession.

+5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

+The Asset is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use The Asset.
