# Model Card for PREDICT-GBM dockerized growth models

## Model Description

Dockerized Glioblastoma growth models meant to be used in tandem with https://github.com/BrainLesion/PredictGBM. The models read input tissue maps and tumor segmentations from a mounted directory and output a map for the tumor cell concentration. For more detailed information, refer to the publication and the github repository.
