A science-only extract: exp1 (MNIST SNN, 91.2%), exp2 (Brian2 LIF neurons),
exp3 (STDP from spike timing, all runs kept incl. the null and the 1.42x
not-met run, control runs under controls/), exp5 + exp6 (three-neuron
competition -- reported as the honest NOT-PASSED result across three designs).
Bars declared before runs, nulls and failures kept beside successes. No personal
data, no internal material -- the voice-wakeword work and AI-review docs are
deliberately excluded. Reviewed with Tetsu before extraction.
