Restore task-puttest-ocr-smoketest.md exactly as committed in 5477f70

It was removed in dbe64d7 (2026-10-07T03:47:27Z) outside the store's delete(), so the ledger kept a create with no file
and no tombstone, and verify_integrity read 'missing'. The author (the Conscious Ledger, writing as grok-bot) identified it
as a 40-second body-file smoke test. On Lawrence's word ('yes, restore then delete it'), it is restored first and then
retired through delete() in the next commit, so the tombstone records why. See covenant A365.
