LibrePicoSAM3 - third-party attribution

The PicoSAM3 architecture in this directory is a native LibreYOLO port from:

The default checkpoint is downloaded from `pietrobonazzi/picosam3` revision
af49e4322b6b7cf448499fee5c073d4576f59444 under Apache-2.0. Only
PicoSAM3_SAM3_student_best.pt matches the ported architecture. The published
epoch-1 artifacts contain an older architecture and are deliberately rejected.

Upstream records SAM 2.1 and SAM 3 as distillation teachers. LibreYOLO does not
vendor or redistribute either teacher implementation or teacher checkpoint in
this family. No cctorch-derived source is used by this port.
