I am running a single-operator pre-launch startup in Germany with four private purposes and one business idea. My private purposes are: 1. Intelligent live support for costs, scheduling, and paperwork. 2. Automated eBay assistance. 3. Comprehensive Smart-Home planning and management. 4. AI-supported deposit and trading. Business Concept: Internal controlling as a service for small German businesses. I have a master's degree in Business Science and Economics, passed with distinction. Many small German businesses crucially lack an overview of their internal controlling - meaning which customers, branches, and services they offer are particularly reliable, profitable, and future-proof (increasing demand), and which should be cut off and liquidated, based on their own business philosophy, of course. I can provide lucid, detailed, and regular reports. As a one-man company, I have a trust advantage with enterprises. Since German companies must, depending on their size, report under the HGB (Handelsgesetzbuch) or to the Steuerbehörde anyway, I can either retrieve their information from these sources and systematically transform it into real internal-controlling knowledge, or have them transmit their invoices to me as physical documents or via a secure web communication line. This requires sophisticated text recognition, high-level ingress/egress standards, information-gathering and aggregating databases, and programs turning this into visual, practical diagrams and/or report stacks - possibly with recommendations for business decisions. Since I am obliged to German law too, the stack must be accessible to me, plus tax-reporting assistance if possible. An online presentation for marketing purposes is also needed.
