Upload cvvp.pth

Add CVVP for completeness (if CVVP is used in Tortoise inference, initial run will fail, and subsequent runs will succeed, but only by using random parameter sets).
Note that this cvvp.pth was simply taken from "jbetker/tortoise-tts"
