+This Software is provided without technical support. Licensor has no obligation to provide technical assistance, bug fixes, updates, feature requests, or compatibility guarantees.
+### 1.5 Payment and Refunds
+If this Software is a paid version, payment and license key delivery are handled by Gumroad. **All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.** By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

+## 2. YOUR OUTPUTS
+### 2.1 Ownership of Your Work
+**You own the documents, content, and creative works you produce using this Software, including AI-generated outputs.**
+### 2.2 Model License Governs Use
+While you own your outputs, **what you can do with AI-generated content is governed by the license of the AI model you used to create it.** Licensor does not provide AI models. If you use a third-party AI model with this Software, you must comply with that model's license terms regarding your outputs.
+Some models permit commercial use of outputs. Some do not. Some require attribution. **It is your sole responsibility to know and follow the license terms of any AI model you use.**
+### 2.3 Your Responsibility
+You are solely responsible for:
+- The content you create
+- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
+- Knowing and complying with the license terms of any AI models you use
+- Any consequences of using AI-generated content

This includes, but is not limited to, any content created, accessed, or encountered by the Minor.

+This Software may **NOT** be used for:
+- **Illegal Content** — Creating content that violates applicable laws
+- **Harmful Content** — Content designed to harass, abuse, or harm individuals; content that exploits minors in any way; content intended to deceive or defraud
+- **Weapons & Violence** — Military or weapons applications; content promoting violence or terrorism
+- **Discrimination** — Content that discriminates against protected groups; hate speech or content promoting hatred
+### 5.2 License Termination
+Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license if you violate these ethical use requirements.

+- Your operating system (e.g., Windows telemetry)
+- Third-party libraries or dependencies included in this Software
+- External services you may interact with while using this Software
+Licensor has no control over and is not responsible for data collection by third parties or your operating system.
+### 7.3 Support Limitations
+Because Licensor does not collect user data, there is no reasonable way to provide individualized technical support. Support is limited to:
