# AntigenLM - Influenza Subtype Classifier

Subtype classification head of AntigenLM. Given an `<HA>...<NA>...<sep>` input, predicts one of 12 influenza A subtypes (H1N1, H3N2, H5N1, ...).

## Usage

```bash

```
