# IrrMap Dataset

## Overview
The **IrrMap** dataset provides labeled geospatial data in the form of 224x224 pixel patches in GeoTIFF format. This dataset is intended for airrigation mapping.


## Dataset Details
LandSat and Sentinel contain satellite imagery. 
Each labeled GeoTIFF file (LandSat_Label.zip and Sentinel_Label.zip) contains three bands representing different types of land-use and irrigation data:

1. **Irrigation Label**
   - `0`: No irrigation/Others
   - `1`: Flood
   - `2`: Sprinkler
   - `3`: Drip

2. **Land Use**
   - `1`: Agricultural Farmland
   - `0`: Otherwise

3. **Crop Groups**
   - `0`: Crop Information Not Available
   - `1`: Alfalfa
   - `2`: Cereals
   - `3`: Cover Crop
   - `4`: Fibres
   - `5`: Fruits
   - `6`: Grass
   - `7`: Green House
   - `8`: Herb Group
   - `9`: Horticulture
   - `10`: Nursery
   - `11`: Nuts
   - `12`: Oil-bearing crop
   - `13`: Orchard
   - `14`: Pulses
   - `15`: Roots and Tubers
   - `16`: Shrub plants
   - `17`: Sugar Crops
   - `18`: UNK (Unknown)
   - `19`: Vegetables
   - `20`: Vineyard

## Usage
The dataset can be used for:
- **Irrigation classification**: Identifying irrigation methods from remote sensing images.
- **Land use analysis**: Distinguishing agricultural farmland from other land types.
- **Crop type classification**: Mapping various crop types for precision agriculture.
