# RiboBinder: Ribonucleic Acid Binding Predictor and Designer

Model weights for RiboBinder. Please download the following weights and put them into the corresponding folders.

## clips_models.zip
  - RiboBinder-B for clip-seq data
  - Download the RiboBinder-B model weights for the corresponding RBPs from `clips_models.zip` and place them under `models/clips/`. Similar to `clips/AGGF1_HepG2`.
## PDB_model.zip
  - RiboBinder-B for general PDB data with different levels of prediction
## design_model
  - RiboBinder-G for designing RNA sequences targeting specific RBPs
  - Download `design_model/pytorch_model.bin` the folder and place it under `models/design/`
