This repository distributes the `borg-agent-seed.borg` capsule.

## Contents

- `borg-agent-seed.borg` — portable seed capsule
- `manifest.json` — release metadata
- `SHA256SUMS` — integrity checksum

## Safety Contract

This is an authorized, opt-in agent seed package.

It does not:
- silently install
- self-propagate without authorization
- execute remote capabilities automatically
- sync private working memory by default
