# CombFold model implementation

`CombinatorialAssembler/` contains the upstream C++17 combinatorial assembly
implementation and its `AF2trans` structure-alignment helper.

Build from the repository root with:

```bash
cd model/CombinatorialAssembler
make
```

On the validated SCNet environment, Boost 1.53 headers and the system
`boost_program_options` library require the old libstdc++ ABI; see the root
README for the corresponding build command.
