Add pipeline tag, library name, and paper link

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the `pipeline_tag` for better discoverability.
- Adding the `library_name` to enable the "Use in Transformers" button and code snippets.
- Linking the model to its research paper on Hugging Face.
- Including a link to the official GitHub repository.
