# LTX-2.5 render subset

**Unmodified copies** of 5 files from [`comfyicu/LTX-2.5`](https://huggingface.co/comfyicu/LTX-2.5), pinned at
revision `1026e00f808dbd9601911479b22d65b760737dc8`. Nothing here has been retrained, quantised, converted or
edited in any way -- byte-for-byte the upstream blobs, in the same directory
layout, under the same licence.

This repo exists for one operational reason: `comfyicu/LTX-2.5` is 200.85 GB
across 17 files, and a render loads 5 of them (39.71 GB). RunPod
Serverless "cached models" pulls a whole repo, so mirroring the subset is the
difference between 201 GB and 40 GB per worker.

## Licence

These weights are licensed by Lightricks Ltd. under the **LTX-2.x Community
License Agreement** (license date: August 11, 2026), a complete copy of which is
included here as `LICENSE.md`. Two conditions are easy to miss:

* **Section 2.1** -- Entities with annual revenue of at least **$10,000,000**
  must obtain a paid Commercial Use Agreement from Lightricks for any commercial
  use.
* **Section 4 and Attachment A** carry use-based restrictions, and **Section 6**
  a duty around watermarking and provenance, that flow down to any recipient.
