# Licence

The trained weights in `models/` and the code in this repository are released for **non-commercial research use only**.

The weights were trained on features of frozen third-party encoders and on third-party datasets; any use must also
comply with their terms:

- Encoders: UNI2-h (MahmoodLab, CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0, gated), MedVTok (MIT; aligned to CONCH v1.5, CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0),
  SE-600M (Arc Institute, non-commercial), AIDO.Cell (GenBio AI, non-commercial), Tahoe-x1 (Apache-2.0),
  VirTues (MIT), KEEP (MIT), BiomedCLIP (MIT), Qwen3-Embedding (Apache-2.0).
- Data: ORION CRC, HEST-1k (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0), TCGA, PathGen-1.6M, spatialLIBD (DLPFC); virtual data from
  STPath and MIPHEI (non-commercial academic) and captions generated with an Azure OpenAI model (evaluation only).

No warranty. Not for clinical use.
