BASE MODEL ATTRIBUTION

Polykode LLM is built on NVIDIA Nemotron-3-Super-120B-A12B, originally
developed and released by NVIDIA Corporation. The base weights used in
production deployments are the NVFP4 checkpoint:

  nvidia/NVIDIA-Nemotron-3-Super-120B-A12B-NVFP4

That checkpoint is part of the Nemotron-3-Super-120B-A12B model family
(including BF16 and other precision variants).

NVIDIA Corporation retains all rights to the original Nemotron model weights,

WHAT THIS REPOSITORY CONTAINS

Polykode is ProCogia's AI system for enterprise code modernization —
specializing in translating and modernizing SAS, R, and Python code.

This Hugging Face repository contains product configuration and documentation
for running Polykode on the NVIDIA Nemotron base model. It does not redistribute
modified model weights unless explicitly stated in a release.

Unless a separate model weights release is explicitly published by ProCogia,
inference uses the NVIDIA base checkpoint listed above, served under the Polykode
product name via configuration (for example, vLLM --served-model-name
PolyKode_120B_alpha_0.0126 and associated system prompts).

Current production API model identifier: PolyKode_120B_alpha_0.0126

Hosted API access for ProCogia-managed deployments is available on request.

Under the NVIDIA Nemotron Open Model License, works that merely link or bind by
name to model interfaces are not treated as Derivative Works of the base model.
ProCogia's contributions in this repository are separable product configuration
and branding layers on top of the NVIDIA weights.

PROCogia INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

0965688 BC Ltd. (ProCogia) owns the Polykode name, branding, product
documentation, system prompts, deployment methodology, and other materials in
this repository that are not part of the NVIDIA Nemotron weights.

If ProCogia separately publishes fine-tuned or adapter weights, those artifacts
will be described in an updated notice and model card. Claims of fine-tuning,
proprietary training data, or derivative weight ownership apply only to such
explicit weight releases, not to configuration-only distributions.
