# greenwashing-commitments-detector

A ClimateBERT (`distilroberta-base-climate-f`) model fine-tuned as part
of a Master's course project: a sentence-level greenwashing **red-flag
screener**. One of three models (environmental-claim detection, language
specificity, commitment/action detection) combined in the demo app.

**Research/educational use only.** Outputs flag sentences that deserve
human review — they are a regulatory-style signal, **not proof of
greenwashing**.

Fine-tuned on the ClimateBERT datasets (Bingler, Kraus, Leippold,
Webersinke; University of Zurich), released under **CC BY-NC-SA 4.0**.
This derivative inherits that **non-commercial, share-alike** license.
