+# ROCmFPX Windows gfx1201 — 20261024-01
+
+## Download and pairing
+
+This package contains the runtime and dependencies. Download [compatible model weights](https://huggingface.co/Roland2531/Ornith-1.5-9B-uncensored-ROCmI4-Q6IO-A8) separately. Extract the complete archive and keep its versioned binaries and dependencies together. Archive entries begin with project-relative Runtimes/ paths; standalone users can run the executables from the extracted backend directory. Windows x64, Microsoft Visual C++ x64 runtime and a compatible AMD/Vulkan driver are required for the selected GPU backend.

+## Changes
+
+Tagged tool arguments now constrain supported finite string enum/const values. This includes finite references, unions and intersections. Optional impossible properties may be omitted; required impossible domains fail explicitly. Unbounded text and host authorization checks remain separate.

+## Validation and limitations
+
+Only finite domains representable by the tagged wire format are constrained. Finite/nonfinite allOf combinations and general string pattern/length constraints retain earlier behavior. Ambiguous mixed-type wire values and values containing closing delimiters are rejected. Schema-valid tools do not guarantee correct tool selection, intent, exact wording or silence. The current revision has no new controlled speed benchmark yet.

+Validation is limited to the recorded CPU and RX 9070/gfx1201 configurations. Other devices and operating systems are unverified. No model weights or voice assets are included.

+## Earlier versions
+
+Earlier versions remain downloadable for reproducibility. They do not include this correction and should not be treated as equivalent builds. The earlier tagged string argument path can accept values outside a declared string enum.

+## Source fixes and licenses
+
+The fixes/ directory contains the version-specific source patch; it is not a complete upstream source distribution or a universal patch for unrelated releases. See bundled licenses and third-party notices. This is an unofficial community runtime.
