**One line.** Encounter reranker. Chakana recalls; Tinku ranks.

This is a named Series-A **silhouette**, not a trained cross-encoder. The intended cut is [`Qwen/Qwen3-Reranker-0.6B`](https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3-Reranker-0.6B) (Apache-2.0). We do not republish those weights. We do not paste rerank leaderboard numbers. We do not reuse ReceiptAgent timings as a product speed.

## The cut

Multi-agent frameworks merge. Tinku would refuse to merge without a signed encounter.

## What this is NOT

- Not a loadable fine-tune. YAML `base_model` waits until a file exists.
- Not a Qwen3-Reranker rehost. Not a chatbot. Not a latency claim.

## Evaluation

**Status: ROADMAP / UNKNOWN.** Protocol: nDCG@10 / MRR on the same frozen split as Chakana. ROADMAP until that run exists. N=0 today.
