# LTX-2.3 IC-LoRA HDR and LipDub

This repository is an unmodified, publicly downloadable redistribution of the
Lightricks LTX-2.3 HDR and LipDub/DubIt IC-LoRA artifacts used by SceneWorks.
It exists so an unauthenticated SceneWorks install can fetch the cataloged
artifacts without encountering the source repositories' Hugging Face access
gate.

The DubIt revision renamed the original LipDub file without changing its
content. The rehost uses the current DubIt filename while SceneWorks retains
its stable `ltx_2_3_ic_lipdub` catalog identifier.

The weight bytes were acquired without accepting the gated repositories'
marketing/contact-information terms from the public mirror
`asmae2003/LTX2.3@10254b25072ce77437b608b1b675343107afd12c`. Each mirror Git-LFS
pointer has the same Git blob ID and file size as the corresponding official
source entry; the downloaded files were then verified against the SHA-256
values above before upload. The weight files are unmodified.

## License and attribution

The files are derivatives of LTX-2.x and remain subject to the
[LTX-2.x Community License Agreement](./LICENSE.md). `LICENSE.md` is a frozen
copy of the agreement that governed both official source revisions, from the
official `Lightricks/LTX-2` repository at commit
`4dbd99e628410c2b389a15d771240f182b3dacd2`. The source artifacts predate the
different LTX-2.x license text committed on 2026-08-11, so this repository does
not substitute that later agreement.

Original models and artifacts are by Lightricks Ltd. This redistribution is
not endorsed by Lightricks and does not grant trademark rights.

The agreement includes use restrictions in Attachment A. Any recipient must
comply with the complete agreement and those restrictions. In particular, an
entity with annual revenue of at least USD 10,000,000 must obtain the paid
license required by the agreement before commercial use; the agreement's
non-commercial exception remains as written. Recipients are responsible for
determining and maintaining their own compliance.

No safety, watermarking, provenance, or transparency functionality has been
removed or altered by this redistribution.
