+I created the example photos with a strength of 1.00-1.35 with 6 steps, If the details aren't enough, you can also increase to 1.50 I use the ClownsharKsampler with eta 0.00, which works very well and produces good skin details. Exponential/res2s 4-6 steps at a resolution of 1152x1728 or 1280x1920. Smaller resolutions for example, 832x1216, 1024x1024 etc, also work great, so just test it yourself to see what works best for you :)
