MOSS browser conversion

Upstream contributors: OpenMOSS-Team (MOSS-Image-SFT), the Qwen and FLUX
teams, Smile Forge (ONNX image/decoder export), and lodestones (DMD LoRA).

This distribution modifies image-transformer weights by W8-to-W4 RTN
quantization (block 32), applies the original DMD LoRA unmerged in FP32 at
strength 0.7, converts the text encoder to browser FP16 projections, and
adds balanced query-chunked ONNX graph derivatives. Query chunks continue
to attend to all original keys/values. Source pins and file hashes appear
in publication-plan.json. Original model files are not modified by packaging.

The base model, export and adapter model cards declare Apache License 2.0.
