+## 🛠 How to Start
+
+1. **Download:** Download the `Silver_Screen_Lab_v1.zip` (21.6 GB) from the "Files and versions" tab above.
+2. **Unpack:** Extract the folder to your local drive (`C:\` or `D:\`) or an external SSD.
+   - ⚠️ Avoid long paths like `C:\Users\...\Desktop\...\Downloads\` (Windows path length limit!)
+3. **Launch:** Double-click `START_LAB.bat` to start the studio.
+4. **Trial:** Generate **3 images for free** to test compatibility.
+5. **Activate:** Purchase a license key to unlock unlimited generations.

+## 🔑 License Activation
+
+1. Launch the app and click **"TRIAL MODE"** (top right).
+2. Copy your **Hardware ID (HWID)** from the license dialog.

+4. Enter the key in the app and click **"Activate"**.
+5. Done! All limits removed. ✅
