Verified signatureAdds lean/CPSC/Operator.lean and lean/Audit.lean, switches CPSC.lean imports from Axioms to Operator, rewrites Lemmas.lean as the Boolean-to-operator bridge, and adds paper/OPERATOR_PROOFS.md.
