SIPA LLC operates under the **DISCLOSURE PAYTON SUIT** — a proactive IP disclosure and protection protocol:
- All canonical artifacts receive SHA-256 forensic hashes
- Timestamps are recorded in immutable audit logs
- IP declarations are made prior to public disclosure
