This PR makes the following metadata improvements:
- Adds `pipeline_tag: text-generation` for proper discovery.
- Adds `library_name: transformers` since the model checkpoints are compatible with the Hugging Face Transformers library.
- Removes the `arxiv:2610.41994` tag from YAML (arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the Markdown content, not in metadata).
The model card content remains unchanged.
