Unlike traditional AI services, NeuralAI ensures that your data is not "harvested" for the benefit of a central corporation. We provide the intelligence; you hold the keys.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a personalized, high-velocity intelligence experience, NeuralAI collects specific categories of data. We restrict this collection strictly to functional necessities:
- Identity Vault: Your username, encrypted credentials, and profile information (First Name, Last Name, Bio) necessary to authenticate and personalize your sessions.
- Cognitive Logs: Your conversation history with NeuralAI. This is stored securely to maintain context, allow for persistent intelligence across sessions, and enable our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to assist you effectively.
- Digital Artifacts & NeuralDrive: Documents, images, datasets, and code files you upload or generate via our tools. These are securely isolated in your personal NextDrive allocation.
- Live Audio & Media Data: When utilizing the Live Speech-to-Speech system, your voice stream is temporarily processed by the engine for transcription and response generation. Audio is processed ephemerally and discarded immediately after transcription.
- Behavioral Telemetry: Anonymized interaction metrics and error logs used exclusively for diagnosing system faults, improving model latency, and ensuring platform stability.
2. NeuralDrive & File Isolation
Your uploaded and generated files are stored within your private NeuralDrive node, powered by NextDrive. This cloud-based storage system ensures that every file you upload and every piece of intelligence you generate is saved to your personal vault and not co-mingled in a public dataset.
- Strict Sandboxing: In a multi-tenant environment, your data remains cryptographically separate from other users.
- No Local Harvesting: Uploaded files are streamed directly to your NeuralDrive container, ensuring they do not persist unprotected on the Zo local system.
- Data Portability: You maintain the absolute right to export or migrate your entire NeuralDrive structure at any time.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for one singular purpose: Empowering You.
- Personal Memory Cloud: Your specific interactions, facts, and preferences are indexed into your personal "Memory Cloud" to ground our AI"s responses exclusively for your queries.
- Behavioral Alignment: The rules you set in your Behavioral Constraint Rules directly govern the model"s tone, style, and safety parameters. The AI shapes itself to your workflow.
- Tool Execution: When running code or terminal commands, session data is utilized to provide a seamless, stateful, and isolated execution environment.
OUR PROMISE: We will never sell, lease, or trade your data. Your private conversations, source code, and NeuralDrive files are NEVER used to train public base models without your explicit, separate, and verifiable opt-in consent.
4. Security Architecture
NeuralAI employs a robust, defense-in-depth security approach:
- JWT & Bearer Authentication: All API requests require cryptographically signed JSON Web Tokens, which are rotated periodically to prevent session hijacking.
- Encrypted Transit: All data moving between your browser and our nodes is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption, ensuring military-grade transit security.
- Containerized Workloads: Every user operates within an isolated "sandbox" environment (powered by gVisor and strict permissions), preventing cross-user data leakage and securing the underlying host.
- Data at Rest Encryption: Your databases, Cognitive Logs, and NeuralDrive storage utilize AES-256 encryption at rest to prevent physical data breaches.
5. Your Rights & Total Control
You are the architect and the absolute owner of your data vault. You have the right to:
- Access & Export: View, download, and transfer any part of your data vault, including chat history and NeuralDrive files, at any time in open formats.
- The Neural Purge: Permanently delete specific conversations, files, or your entire account history. Executing a deletion purges the data from our active database instantly and irreversibly.
- Correction & Context Override: Update your profile, modify your AI instructions, and alter how NeuralAI perceives and interacts with you dynamically.
- Consent Management: Revoke microphone, terminal, or file access permissions within your browser or NeuralAI settings at your absolute discretion.
6. Third-Party Integrations
In instances where NeuralAI utilizes external modules or integrations (such as Zo workspace capabilities, internet searching agents, or image diffusion APIs), those actions are bound by this policy. We rigorously vet our upstream integrations to ensure they uphold the standard of User Data Sovereignty.
