Update README.md

The prepared model includes the steps of analyzing the comments, cleaning, preprocessing and training the model with appropriate parameter selections.
As a first step, it first examines comments based on whether they are OFFENSIVE(1) or NOT OFFENSIVE(0)
If the comment is OFFENSIVE Predicts which tags INSULT, SEXIST, PROFANITY, and RACIST belong to.
If NOT OFFENSIVE(0) it accepts OTHER.
