1. GRANT OF LICENSE THROUGH NOVEL OWNERSHIP (AMAZON.COM)

Subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Agreement, the Authors
(Book Author: Danny Bouldiez | Codebase Author: Devs One) hereby grant to any individual
or legal entity ("Licensee"):

  (a) Individual Developers, Academic Researchers, and Solo Creators:
      Holds a valid, legally purchased copy (Kindle eBook, Paperback, or Hardcover)
      of the novel "200 AMSTERDAM: THE VERTICAL CITY" by Danny Bouldiez
      (available on Amazon.com).

  (b) Commercial Companies, AI Labs, and Enterprise Organizations:
      Holds verifiable proof of purchase of novel copies on Amazon.com equivalent
      to AT LEAST 10% (TEN PERCENT) of their total active workforce (including full-time
      employees and direct technical contractors), OR holds an explicit, executed
      commercial enterprise agreement directly from https://zymatica.space.

A perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable (upon breach) license to compile,
execute, modify, fork, integrate, and deploy the Software (including all Language-U
semantic modules, Cuneiform-U 6D hypercube algorithms, custom Groth16 circuit
architectures, procedural genesis seeds, and native Rust inference engines created
by Devs One) for both personal and commercial purposes.

2. COVENANTS OF OWNERSHIP, ATTRIBUTION & FORKING

Every Licensee, forker, and downstream developer agrees to the following covenants:
  1. Mandatory Attribution: The above copyright notice, this permission notice,
     direct links to https://zymatica.space, and formal attribution ("Book Author: Danny Bouldiez |
     Codebase Author: Devs One") along with notice of the novel "200 AMSTERDAM: THE VERTICAL CITY"
     (available on Amazon.com) must be retained prominently in all copies, forks,
     distributions, and substantial portions of the Software.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Commercial operators and AI labs deploying derivative
     products must maintain verifiable Amazon.com receipts or purchase records
     satisfying the 10% workforce threshold or an active enterprise agreement
     from zymatica.space.
  3. Non-Circumvention: Licensees shall not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright,
     trademark, or authorship notices embedded within the source files or documentation.

3. THIRD-PARTY & UPSTREAM OPEN-SOURCE DEPENDENCIES (MIT / APACHE 2.0)

The Software utilizes certain upstream, open-source mathematical and cryptographic
libraries (such as the Arkworks SNARK ecosystem, including ark-groth16, ark-bn254,
and ark-relations), which are independently licensed under their respective MIT and/or
Apache 2.0 licenses. 
  - Nothing in this Covenant restricts, diminishes, or overrides the rights granted
     to the public under those specific upstream MIT/Apache open-source licenses for
     their respective library components.
  - This Covenant governs all original Zymatica architecture, custom circuit designs,
     Language-U 6D tensor algorithms, seed formats, and native execution runtimes.

4. TERMINATION & AUTOMATIC REVOCATION

Any breach of this Agreement—including unauthorized commercial deployment without
the required 10% workforce novel purchases or active enterprise license, removal of
required attribution, or intellectual property infringement—shall result in the
immediate and automatic termination of all rights granted hereunder without prior notice.

5. DISCLAIMER OF FICTION & TECHNICAL NATURE

"200 AMSTERDAM: THE VERTICAL CITY" is a work of fiction. Names, characters,
organizations, places, events, and incidents depicted in the narrative are products
of the author's imagination or used in a fictitious context. The mathematical frameworks,
zero-knowledge circuits, and communication algorithms contained in this repository
are real, functioning open-source and proprietary engineering systems.
