Remove WindyScripture variants from current files (source-text licence review)

Removes herm0-scripture/ and scripture-ct2-int8/ from the current files; README and NOTICE updated; other variants unchanged. A precaution while the licences of the eBible source texts are reviewed, not a legal conclusion.
